Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field.
• 8-10 Years Project Management Experience.
• Experience in Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to perform financial planning and forecasting.
• Competent in scheduling software (P6) and provide schedule updates.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• Able to work well in a group setting and manage simultaneous tasks.
• Willing to travel as needed. Travel and lodging costs are reimbursable.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for frequent construction sites.
• Must pass post-offer drug and alcohol test per Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance at site and report issues.
• Drive project tasks to completion and meet responsibilities on schedule.
• Host and attend regular project meetings to track status.
• Participate in on-site field walkdowns and contribute to goals.
• Provide input to improve processes to boost efficiency and performance.
• Occasionally climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Plan daily and strategic tasks and prioritize across projects.
• Learn and use multiple software systems as required.
