About the Role

Our client, a prominent developer in the tourism and hospitality sector, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the development and execution of new hospitality ventures. This role is crucial for bringing to life exciting projects, from boutique hotels and resorts to unique leisure attractions. You will manage all phases of project development, including concept finalization, site acquisition, design, construction, and pre-opening operations. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing development projects for hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality assets.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, market trends, and development lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel within the region and visit project sites near Paarl, Western Cape .
