Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the development and execution of new hospitality ventures, including boutique hotels, resorts, and leisure attractions. You will manage all phases from concept to pre-opening operations, coordinating with design and construction teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong hospitality domain knowledge, exceptional PM skills, and the ability to drive guest-centric experiences across projects in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of tourism and hospitality projects.
• Manage feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept development.
• Oversee architectural, interior, and landscape design processes.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers for timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Secure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including investors and authorities.
• Develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure quality, brand standards, and operational readiness for opening.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout development.
• Collaborate with operations to transition from development to operations.
