Responsibilities

• Create structure and optimize workflows for email, scheduling, and action items
• Ensure all conversations are captured and details attended to
• Stay up-to-date on productivity tools
• Proactively support the CMO with minimal direction

You Will

• Manage the CMO’s schedule and communications
• Develop systems to automate repetitive tasks
• Maintain zero inbox and surface urgent items
• Track action items from meetings and cross-functional workstreams
• Anticipate needs and triage or escalate as needed
• Partner with stakeholders to unblock projects
• Assist with logistics for events, travel, and personal matters

Experience & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting executives or in high-growth environments
• Background in project management, operations, or EA roles
• Experience with GSuite, PowerPoint, and automation tools
• Professionalism and good timing sense
• Curiosity about AI and compute technologies

Compensation ranges from $100k to $500k, depending on experience and other factors. We offer competitive benefits. Due to U.S. export laws, employment may be contingent on licensing compliance.
