Job summary

CCCI, a Velociti company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to own telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to completion. This onsite role in Dulles, VA requires coordinating field teams and subcontractors, managing budgets, schedules, and safety standards to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You’ll build strong client relationships, lead project meetings, review contracts and drawings, and identify opportunities for follow-on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of project coordination or project management experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, low-voltage, commercial construction, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage, or data center infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of copper, fiber optic, structured cabling, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience developing estimates, labor forecasts, schedules, and budgets.
• Working knowledge of contracts, change orders, scope management, and project financial controls.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage multiple telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, labor estimates, and material takeoffs.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to understand project scope and requirements.
• Keep projects moving forward while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Be the Customer's Go-To Partner: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work and communicate potential business opportunities to company leadership.
