Centerline is seeking a Wireless Project Manager to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Massachusetts. Now hiring for a Wireless Project Manager local to our Massachusetts market as this position will report to the Raynham MA office!We are looking for a highly-motivated top performer who excel in a fast-paced environment. We expect our Senior Managers to exhibit leadership, to be results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
The Project Manager will provide overall management for both large and small scale telecom infrastructure projects, programs and operations. The PM will oversee regional construction operations and project responsibility with given clients and/or programs; managing personnel, vendors, subcontractors and other key personnel and their interactions with clients. He/She will directly manage Construction Managers and Field Technicians, including but not limited to: implementing company policies, aiding in the training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; evaluating employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. You should be a self-driven individual able to execute operations with minimal direction.
Reporting to the VP, the position is part of our Construction Division and provides leadership for direction setting, evaluates teams strengths and weaknesses, interfaces with other internal managers to determine appropriate courses of action to organize and manage the most productive and efficient teams.

This is a full-time exempt position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Some evenings/weekends may be required. This position is based in Raynham MA and incumbant should expect to be in office a few times a week.

Expected compensation includes $85,000 to $110,000 a year benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
