Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a delivery-focused project manager in Peachtree Corners, GA, to drive complex technology initiatives. You’ll own intake, prioritization, planning and execution while aligning software engineering, business stakeholders, and operations teams.

You will write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, oversee sprint planning and releases, and maintain Jira/Monday.com workflows to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing software development or IT project delivery.
• Strong experience with Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Experience coordinating Agile development teams, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ability to write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing stakeholder communication and project prioritization.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time opportunity with a growing technology-driven operations company headquartered in Peachtree Corners, GA. The organization has built a proprietary ERP platform that supports nationwide project and job site management services. You'll work closely with software engineering, business stakeholders, and operations teams while driving delivery across enterprise applications, Salesforce integrations, AI-assisted development initiatives, and internal technology projects. The environment is heavily focused on Jira, Monday.com, ERP systems, Agile delivery, and process optimization.
