CNI seeks a Project Manager, Technical to oversee, plan, and coordinate all aspects of the full life cycle of the technical project for the customer in Washington, DC. The role ensures goals and deliverables are met within time and budget, while maintaining customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree with five years of PM experience (or equivalent), 3 years of management experience, and PMP certification preferred.
The Project Manager, Technical is responsible for overseeing, planning and coordinating all aspects of the full life cycle of the technical project for the customer. The role ensures all project goals and deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, budgetary parameters and to the customer’s satisfaction. It also involves managing labor and maintaining employee relations regarding hiring, terminations, and employee resolution, providing cohesive team leadership, and maintaining positive working relationships with the customer and key stakeholders. The Project Manager must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug‑free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years Project Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years management experience required.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. The job requires the employee to sit regularly, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer and/or controls. The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience. Please note that this position is contingent upon the award or funding. The essential duties, experience, education requirements, and salary are subject to change.
