Role Description The TAB Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in San Antonio, TX. In this role, the technician performs Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems in commercial and institutional facilities, following project specifications and company standards. Typical responsibilities include measuring air and water flows, verifying equipment performance, documenting readings, and assisting with troubleshooting system issues under the guidance of field supervisors. The TAB Technician will prepare accurate field reports, maintain test instruments and tools, and communicate findings clearly to project managers and clients. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, traveling to job sites within Texas (and occasionally beyond), and collaborating with the team to support commissioning activities and system fine-tuning.
