Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial AV, physical security, low-voltage, or systems integration.
• Experience leading engineering, field, and vendor teams on complex projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and change management skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction documents, network diagrams, and system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial AV and physical security projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, engineers, field technicians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestones.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, progress updates, client status meetings, and internal coordination sessions.
• Review SOWs, BOMs, drawings, and change orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability while managing financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor schedules to support timelines.
• Manage project scope changes and client expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial AV and physical security projects simultaneously from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, field technicians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, progress updates, client status meetings, and internal coordination sessions.
• Review project documentation including Statements of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and change orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability while managing project financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor schedules to support project timelines.
• Manage project scope changes and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.

Skills/Must have

• 5+ years of project management experience within the commercial AV, physical security, low-voltage, or systems integration industry.
• Working knowledge of Audio Visual systems, including conferencing technologies, control systems, displays, DSPs, and integrated AV solutions.
• Understanding of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance (VMS), intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms.
• Experience managing technical teams, including engineers, field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and change management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction documents, network diagrams, and system documentation.
