Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Addison, Texas seeks a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in sustainable data center development. You will partner with PMO and corporate development to oversee projects from initiation to delivery, balancing scope, budget, and schedule.

The role emphasizes collaboration with in-country teams, land acquisition, design and delivery hand-offs, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing multiple projects ranging from several hundred to several thousand man-hours.
• At least 3 years supporting multiple business units such as land acquisition, real estate, finance, data center design, operations, sales, or procurement.
• Flexible and adaptable in managing project timelines, stakeholders, and budgets.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects with a focus on collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate development and PMO teams to drive projects through completion.
• Manage, lead, and assist on all assigned projects within the PMO, including land acquisition and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate all personnel involved in developing opportunities and signing customer agreements, ensuring adherence to in-country requirements.
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to facilitate hand-offs and project execution.
• Maintain relationships with in-country partners and internal teams to support project success.
