Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home new construction in Fredericksburg, VA. You will oversee multiple custom projects, coordinating with clients and the build team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in custom residential construction, managing 5–10 projects simultaneously, with strong communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and owners through the process.

PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

A Regional single-family Custom Home Builder with a small-company feel & extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 50+ offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build custom homes in affordable niche.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate will have 5 + years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $390k up to $550k (or higher)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a great compensation package including:

• Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure ($80-85k salary DOE + Bonus)
• Bonus = $500-1000 / home completed
