Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home new construction. You will manage 5–10 projects simultaneously with typical costs from $390k to $550k, ensuring client satisfaction and coordinating with a capable back‑office team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80–85k DOE plus bonus per home, 401K, paid vacation, insurance coverage, and a $12k annual car allowance.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate will have 5 + years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $390k up to $550k (or higher)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Compensation and Benefits
