Job summary

Stella Construction & Roofing Services in the Boston area seeks a Project Manager / Superintendent for commercial construction. Based in Boston with limited travel to job sites, you will lead projects from planning through execution and drive team performance.

You will advance toward supervision roles, with the company paying for OSHA, Lead-Safe, CSL/HIC certs, and licensure as you prove judgment and follow-through.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam preferred.
• Willingness to travel to remote job sites.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee project execution ensuring plans and standards.
• Lead project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Act as main contact for stakeholders with clear communication.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain quality control to meet client expectations.
• Support PMs and operations staff with coordination.
• Maintain project docs in SharePoint and Procore.
• Provide leadership and foster high-performance team.
