Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for Substation & Utilities in the Boston area. This hands-on role manages high-voltage construction, leads crews, and ensures work is safe, up to code, and on budget.

You will read blueprints and specs, order materials, and coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years HV construction and 2+ years leading projects with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-voltage electrical construction experience.
• 2+ years running projects as a lead.
• Strong knowledge of electrical code and safety practices.
• Able to read plans and troubleshoot issues in the field.
• Good communicator — comfortable working with crews, customers, and contractors.
• Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.
