Job summary

LeoForce in the United States seeks an experienced engineer to lead high-voltage transmission and distribution projects from design through construction, ensuring safety and quality. You will guide engineering activities and oversee field operations as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a background in utility engineering. A degree in engineering is required and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of engineering or engineering management experience in utility or high-voltage infrastructure.
  • Engineering degree required; PE license preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong scheduling, contracts, estimating, and project controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering efforts across all project phases and support field operations as needed.
  • Oversee external engineering firms, set performance expectations, and review deliverables.
  • Maintain engineering standards, documentation practices, and quality controls.
  • Forecast resource needs, manage staffing plans, and mentor engineering team members.
  • Support proposal development, customer meetings, and overall project planning.
  • Drive process improvements and integrate new technologies into engineering workflows.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and technical excellence.
  • Stay current on industry codes, best practices, and emerging trends.

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

This role leads engineering activities for high-voltage transmission & distribution projects, supporting everything from early design through construction and closeout. The position provides technical oversight, guides external engineering partners, and works closely with operations, field teams, and customers to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering efforts across all project phases and support field operations as needed.
