This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, work crews, client communications, resource planning, and project documentation while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead structured cabling projects from project kickoff through final completion.

Technical Oversight

• Review telecommunications drawings, specifications, and project documents.

• Update redline drawings and prepare accurate "As-Built" documentation.
• Verify testing procedures and ensure project documentation is complete.
• Collect testing data and maintain project records.

Budget & Schedule Management

• Monitor project costs and profitability.
• Track labor hours and material usage.
• Manage change orders and project scope modifications.
• Develop recovery plans for delayed projects.
• Prepare project forecasts and resource plans.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Generate weekly and monthly project status reports.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Structured Cabling Project Manager with at least eight years of industry experience and a strong background in managing commercial low‑voltage and telecommunications infrastructure projects.
