We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager/Strategy Coordinator. The selected candidate will provide strategic policy review, guidance, and program management support to the Air Force. This role requires expertise in technology transition, commercialization, and policy development to enhance AF SBIR/STTR operations.
Provide guidance and strategic policy review and development to the AF SBIR PMO.
Assist the PMO in managing efforts in a dynamic environment and recommend business process re-engineering to achieve program goals as needed.
Translate Concept of Operations (CONOPs) into actionable Operational Plans and assist in implementing those ideas.
Assist the PMO in developing and implementing proper organizational structure to meet changing and demanding policies and schedules.
Support the PMO Community Relations Plan (CRP) Program Manager in the execution of transition and commercialization activities.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple geographically separated and functionally specialized activities throughout the AF SBIR/STTR enterprise.
Align infrastructure and personnel resources with strategic and tactical goals and objectives.
Establish role-based training requirements and foster development and delivery of training programs.
Provide intellectual leadership throughout the AF SBIR/STTR enterprise for technology needs identification, technology maturation, and technology integration planning.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in senior leadership (HAF, DoD) meetings, including program management reviews and emerging special-interest program developments.
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies at a national level.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Air Force (AF) technology transition/commercialization via the SBIR and STTR programs.
Deep understanding of all facets of the AF SBIR STTR Commercialization Readiness Program (CRP), including program legislation, enterprise roles, and execution processes.
Familiarity with AF and DoD SBIR/STTR-related organizational structures.
Proven experience in developing, documenting, and socializing AF SBIR/STTR program strategies and implementing process changes.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex matters clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and extract key insights for strategic decision-making.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and exploit novel approaches to achieving program goals and objectives.
Proficiency in computer skills; experience with Google Suite is a plus.
High level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
