Job Description:
- Hybrid Schedule with 1 day remote, 4 days spent traveling within West Florida Division.
- This position may require up to 100% travel throughout the West Florida region: including Ocala, Tampa, North Pinellas, Davenport, Sebring, Port Charlotte, and Winter Haven. Frequent overnight travel may also be required.
- Coordinates all processes for programs as needed.
- Establishes ongoing training team practice opportunities and support.
- Coordinates and executes program strategy in collaboration with the Manager.
- Develops meeting content and materials, and facilitates events and programs.
- Implements strategies to grow and maintain program engagement, including creating engagement plans.
- Develops and implements program improvements.
- Maintains program data, master lists, and activities for reporting purposes, and provides monthly reports.
- Oversees daily quality control and technical performance of the programs.
- Develops and maintains program communication, including a monthly newsletter.
- Works closely with the marketing team for the promotion of all programs.
- Reports to the Manager on project milestones, progress, barriers, unmet needs, and overall project status as requested.
- Maintains and tracks the budget of programs.

- Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and familiarity with other Office 365 applications (EndNote, Qualtrics) and project management programs such as SharePoint [Required]
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to concentrate on multiple projects simultaneously and re-establish priorities as necessary. Ability to effectively respond to time-sensitive issues and meet deadlines [Required]
- Initiative and ability to work independently (self-direction) while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all initiatives implemented, and all projects undertaken [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 2+ work experience in a health care setting such as a hospital or large physician group, medical staff office [Required]
- Demonstrated experience with an organized approach to program coordination including the use of well-organized files, systems, daily agendas and weekly schedules [Required]
- Experience with program and project coordination related to Patient Safety and Quality, Risk Management, Peer Review, and Performance Improvement [Preferred]
- Experienced with successful coordination of multiple, simultaneous, and ongoing projects [Required]
- Peer review experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$45,656.00 - $84,905.60
