The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational goals and keep complex work moving forward across teams. This role manages project planning, execution, and progress tracking; builds clear workflows and team cadences; identifies risks and dependencies early; and provides practical recommendations that support timely decisions. The position also serves as the Agile Lead for designated teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives while using Jira and Confluence to maintain visibility, coordination, and momentum.
