We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to join our team as a Project Manager.

The Project Manager oversees the completion of all assigned projects from award through procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, punch list, and closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for compliance with Artisan Stoneworks’ quality, process, and procedure policies.

This role involves the overall management of projects, including resource planning and coordination with staff, vendors, fabricators, and labor throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain project schedules; monitor progress to ensure timely or improved performance.
  2. Assess resource requirements and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  3. Attend meetings at customer locations, jobsites, and supplier facilities.
  4. Track proposal costs versus actual costs; ensure projects stay within budget; report financial performance; prepare close-out reports.
  5. Negotiate and manage purchases; prepare purchase orders.
  6. Document, negotiate, and resolve change orders, extra work orders, and claims; maintain change order log.
  7. Coordinate and supervise shop drawings, field measurements, and cut tickets, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  8. Assist accounting with requisitions.
  9. Ensure adherence to Artisan Stoneworks’ quality standards.
  10. Follow company policies, procedures, and values.
  11. Maintain commitments to clients, colleagues, and team members.
  12. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain effective communication with clients, team, and vendors.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to give and receive feedback.
  • Effective coordination of team efforts and resource management.
  • Problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve issues.

  • Prompt and organized in communication and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, RFIs, and manuals.
  • Proficient in writing submittals, transmittals, and business correspondence.
  • Clear and persuasive speaking skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
  • Mathematical skills including measurements, proportions, and conversions.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
