Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing/mechanical experience.
• 1 year of prior project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall profitability of projects and timely completion.
• Reviews job cost, job status, manpower and change order reports.
• Communicates with project teams and coordinates manpower and equipment.
• Oversee buyout process and project change orders.
• Conducts weekly job-site visits and job meetings.
• Generates project manager reports for management.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation

Knowledge of general HVAC / Sheetmetal installation

Good math ability

Good basic computer skills

Detail oriented

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
