Acting as both a strategic consultant and project manager, you'll partner with department leaders, clinicians, facilities teams, and executive stakeholders to evaluate space needs, analyze utilization, and develop creative solutions that align with operational goals, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities. This position requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, relationship management, and project coordination, as you'll be responsible for guiding space planning projects from initial request through implementation while navigating competing priorities and building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
