As a Facilities Architect and owner’s representative, you will work at the intersection of design, healthcare operations, and campus development. Partnering with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare teams, you will help guide the project from vision to reality, ensuring alignment across design, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
We are seeking a collaborative, self‑motivated professional with 5 to 7+ years of architecture or engineering experience, ideally with healthcare, institutional, or complex campus projects. Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and manage coordination efforts are essential.

A Brief Overview Coordinates and ensures alignment with SHC standards by integrating building systems, code compliance, and consultant deliverables throughout the design phases of healthcare facilities projects. Demonstrates capabilities as a technical architect in both large and small‑scale projects. This role functions as a technical subject matter expert within Facilities Planning & Design, independently resolving complex architectural and regulatory challenges and improving planning, design, and documentation processes that support high quality, safe, and efficient facilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5–7+ years architecture/engineering experience with healthcare projects; strong technical design background.

Generally starting at $68.52 - $90.78 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
