Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Resource Management: Allocate personnel and materials effectively to meet project goals.
• Priority Setting: Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and act on variances to maintain schedule and budget.
• Team Collaboration: Work with project teams and leads to align resources.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve performance issues to maintain momentum.
• Execution Strategy: Develop and oversee risk management, communication, change control, and quality assurance.
