Clark Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Central Michigan. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, delivering on schedule and within budget, and driving project success from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple active projects, work with the Business Development team to identify future opportunities in the region, and expand Clark's presence in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Understanding of construction operations and evolving tools.
• Proficiency with data automation tools and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project scopes, schedules, and planning assumptions.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate personnel and materials.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Define roles and responsibilities for stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics to identify variances.
• Resolve performance issues and remove barriers to on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans including risk management and QA.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and team members.
