Clark Construction Company in Southeast Michigan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects across the region, including Ann Arbor.

You will deliver projects on schedule and within budget, coordinate with clients, field teams, and partners, and work with Business Development to pursue new opportunities in Michigan. Ideal candidates live near Detroit, Dearborn, or Ann Arbor and possess a solid PM background.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills, with a track record of implementing effective procedures and workflows.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with superintendents and the management team to allocate personnel and materials effectively.
• Establish and continuously adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment and accountability.
• Track and analyze key project performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project execution plans including risk management and QA.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and leadership to drive progress.
