We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee our marine construction projects. The position is permanent and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marine construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing schedules and cost estimates, and coordinate with internal teams, third‑party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects.
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed reports on project status while ensuring all work complies with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Provide expert advice on equipment, materials, and processes for sitework and demolition projects.
• Implement effective quality control processes to monitor all project activities and ensure high‑quality execution.
• Identify potential challenges and proactively propose effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the construction industry, focusing on sitework and demolition.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and project management principles.
• Proven experience in negotiation and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong expertise in quality control with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent ability to estimate costs and develop project plans.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and collaborate with a team.
• Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
