Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager for our Houston team. You will lead commercial site development projects, guiding civil design, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and engaging clients from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, Texas PE progress, and hands-on experience in site grading, drainage, utilities, and pavement design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Texas PE licence or working towards obtaining one is preferred.
• Experience in site grading, drainage, stormwater, utility layouts, and pavement design is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage parking lot, access road and pavement design.

We're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our Houston team, managing a variety of commercial site development projects.

You'll be responsible for overseeing civil engineering design, coordinating project teams and working directly with clients to deliver projects from initial concept through to construction.

We're particularly interested in engineers with experience in commercial site grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility layouts and pavement design.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering design and delivery of commercial site development projects
• Oversee grading, drainage and stormwater design
• Coordinate site utility layouts and infrastructure design
• Manage parking lot, access road and pavement design
• Review and oversee construction drawings, specifications and engineering reports
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and internal design team
• Prepare project scopes, fee proposals, budgets and schedules
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and designers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Texas PE licence or working towards obtaining one
• Strong experience in at least one or two of the following:
• Site grading and earthwork
• Drainage and stormwater design
• Site utility design and layouts
• Pavement and parking lot design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills

Important: This position is focused on commercial site development. We are looking for Individuals with relevant site civil design experience, rather than backgrounds focused primarily on water/wastewater treatment, water resources, H&H modelling or industrial engineering.
