Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a PM/SEO Specialist for a 6-12 month contract with right to hire, remote EST with Raleigh, NC preferred. You will own and manage multiple SEO and digital optimization projects end-to-end within a compliance‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and vendors, guiding enterprise migrations (redirects, sitemaps), and maintaining thorough documentation and weekly status updates to ensure transparency and progress.

Qualifications

• Strong project management discipline and ability to operate independently.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven industries with risk mitigation and escalation processes.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools Conductor or BrightEdge and familiarity with Adobe Analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise website migrations, including redirect planning, XML sitemap management, and QA testing.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical SEO concepts with developers and cross-functional teams.
