Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets across security integration projects. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget results while maintaining quality.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in a security industry-related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using PM principles and standard techniques.
• Develop planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and schedules.
• Create sub-plans such as communications, QA, resource, procurement, and deployment plans.
• Manage issues, risks, changes, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, document, and prioritize change requests; re-plan as needed.
• Coordinate with resource managers on allocation and performance expectations.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout and turnover to operations; mentor new team members.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success and report key metrics.
