Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or 5+ years in a security-related role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven history of leading multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong application of PM fundamentals, methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects using standard PM methods.
• Develop project plans, charters, and schedules.
• Define scope, effort, and funding requirements and allocate resources.
• Manage changes, risks, issues and communications.
• Lead project deliveries and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure successful project completion.
• Coach team members and report on customer satisfaction and metrics.
