Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Tampa, FL to lead system integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes.

You will manage full project lifecycles from analysis through close, coordinate with stakeholders, and juggle multiple projects while reporting on key metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years of experience in a security industry related position
• PMP certification preferred
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years
• Demonstrated skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
• Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
• Excellent leadership , problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships
• Proficiency in a scheduling tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using PMI-style methods
• Develop project plans, scopes, SOWs, charters, and schedules
• Create sub-plans like communications, QA, resource, procurement, deployment plans
• Manage project issues, risks, changes, reporting, and finances
• Identify, document, prioritize change requests and re-plan as needed
• Set expectations with resource managers about allocation and performance
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control mechanisms
• Closeout activities and handover to operations
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success
• Follow up on key metrics including customer satisfaction
• Lead definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables
• Generate new delivery improvements and capture lessons learned
• Coach and mentor new team members
• Support other groups as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
