Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience in security project management.
• PMP certification preferred and experience leading multiple projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects using PM methods and best practices.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters and schedules.
• Define scope, effort, time, funding, staffing, resources and metrics.
• Create sub-plans: communications, QA, resource, procurement, deployment.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, reporting and budgeting across projects.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
• Close projects and hand off to operations; capture lessons learned.
