Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is expanding and seeks a Project Manager to provide leadership across project delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets. You will handle planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing while coordinating with stakeholders and multiple teams.

The role requires managing several projects simultaneously, with emphasis on timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years of experience in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using standard techniques appropriate to the project.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, schedules, and requirements to determine scope and resources.
• Create sub-plans like communications, QA, resource, procurement, deployment plans.
• Manage project issues, risks, changes, reporting, and financials.
• Identify and prioritize change requests and re-plan as needed.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocations.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout and turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success.
• Report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.
