We are currently seeking aProject Managerto support operations inRiverside, CA.This position is contingent on contractaward, with an expected start date inJuly 2026.This is afull-time, CONUS/OCONUSposition requiring an activeDoDSecretclearance.
Thisposition may besubject to theService Contract Labor StandardsAct(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
The base salary range for this role is$129K - $203Kannually, depending on geographic location and experience. The final offer will be based on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
As a Project Manager,you will play a critical role inleading and overseeing complex technical operations, ensuring mission-critical systems are effectivelymaintained, integrated, and supported in alignment with operational priorities and performance standards, that serve U.S. government missions overseas/the Cambridge corporate office.
Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resources
Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders
Plan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements
Develop andmaintainstaffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areas
Oversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems
Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives
Review work discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Represent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetings
Manage task assignments, workforceutilization, and surge support requirements
Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements
Coordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needs
Providing overall leadership,managementand supervision of C4I project resources to ensure:
Leading a C4I multi-discipline team
Assigning and managing customer projects
Experience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments
Experience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems
Demonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments
Must have a current and activeDoDSecretsecurity clearance.
Both CONUS and OCONUSby motor vehicle and/or air travelmay berequired; some overnight stays possible.
Must have an activepassportto supportOCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Primarily an office-based role inRiverside, CA
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.
Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computerformostofthe workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
May berequiredto travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
