Overview

Job Title: IT Project Manager (Salesforce Integration)

Visa: Green Card & USC Only

Job Type: Contract (W2)

Location: Onsite – Miami, FL

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce integration projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation of integration processes, workflows, and outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure Salesforce platform enhancements and integrations align with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce and system integrations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Solid understanding of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) and APIs.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL and collaborate effectively with local teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
