Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction, a Top 40 roofing contractor in the United States, seeks energetic roofing sales professionals in the Springfield, MO area. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and company-provided leads, plus opportunities for self-generated leads.

You will generate leads, close roofing contracts, and manage projects end-to-end with strong communication and a valid driver’s license, in a field sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-generated leads.
• Willingness to work in a field sales environment and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Manage the project from start to finish.

Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ Per year average. Top Performers making $200,000+

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities

What We Do

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
