Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lincoln, NE is seeking driven roofing sales professionals for a full-time, 1099 commission-based role with strong earnings potential. Top performers routinely earn six figures through a mix of company-provided and self-generated leads.

You will canvass, educate homeowners, write and close roofing contracts, and manage projects from start to finish. Must be coachable, self-motivated, and able to lift up to 50lbs while working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Own transportation and ability to carry a ladder and lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work in outside D2D sales and generate your own leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Inspect and educate homeowners on roofing needs and write/close contracts.
• Manage the project from start to finish and collect payment.

Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ Per year average. Top Performers making $200,000+

What We Do

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
