TreHus Builders, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in construction project management and residential remodeling.

You will work with staff architects and designers to develop plans and estimates, request bids from subs, and oversee construction including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and carpenters. Communication with clients is essential throughout design and build.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Request bids from subs and vendors and manage procurement.

TreHus Builders, Inc. is a residential design/build remodeling company established in 1982. We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in construction project management, and at least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling project management. Duties include working with staff architects and designers to develop plans and estimates, requesting bids from subs and vendors, and managing construction projects, including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and staff carpenters. This role also communicates directly with clients throughout the design and construction processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. This position is full-time year-round with health, IRA, vacation & holiday benefits.
