Job summary

TreHus Builders, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in construction project management and residential remodeling.

You will work with staff architects and designers to develop plans and estimates, request bids from subs, and oversee construction including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and carpenters. Communication with clients is essential throughout design and build.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and estimates with staff architects and designers.
• Request bids from subs and vendors and manage procurement.
• Oversee construction projects including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and carpenters.
• Communicate with clients throughout design and construction processes.
