Ikon Builders, Inc. in San Clemente, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused and capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish with strong communication and budgeting skills.

Compensation includes base salary plus commission, 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and paid time off; Monday through Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, and/or reconstruction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction trades.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in fieldwork and project documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple active projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

Our company has more than 50 employees and primarily servesOrange County, with projects throughout portions ofLos Angeles, Riverside, and North San Diego Counties.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in managing residential construction projects from start to completion.

A successful candidate will have:

• Minimum3 years of project management experience
• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, and/or reconstruction
• Strong knowledge of residential construction trades

• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deadlines

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus but isnot required:

• Insurance restoration/reconstruction experience

Compensation

Total annual compensation: $75,000-$125,000, including commission.

Compensation consists of a base salary plus acommission structure based on project profitability. Actual earnings will depend on experience, performance, and the profitability of projects managed.
