Job summary

LB Capital is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction jobs from start to finish and deliver a top-tier customer experience. You will drive project details, coordinate crews and homeowners, and ensure on-time delivery while earning commissions on additional sales and bonuses for reviews and testimonials.

Responsibilities

• Review project details the evening before each job.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery.
• Oversee progress and keep everything on track.
• Communicate regularly with the office team and customers.
• Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials.
