This role offers uncapped commission at 8% on any additional sales added to the sold job, plus bonuses for reviews and testimonials, and structured paid training with strong growth opportunities. Qualifications

• Holding a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Review project details the evening before each job
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
• Oversee progress and keep everything on track
• Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
• Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials
