You will coordinate with the Senior Project Director to design surveys, collect data, and analyze stakeholder feedback to deliver actionable insights for researchers and the public.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years leading survey activity in libraries or cultural institutions.
• Experience overseeing evaluation design, data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to manage a team and oversee program requirements and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to evaluate researcher behaviors, perceptions, and experience—onsite and online.
• Process development, policy/procedure analysis, and risk management activities related to research services delivery.
• Statistical analysis and reporting, translating findings into clear recommendations for institutional leadership.
• Delivery of written reports (preliminary findings, final report, implementation plan) and executive-level presentations.
• Project planning, scheduling, and quality control across all research workstreams.
