  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, and techniques as applied to leading a Collections Management Program.
  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, and techniques as applied to leading a complex organizational unit.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with others and provide consultation or liaison services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
