Job Summary:

The Project Manager manages implementation projects for all Nextech products, including planning, coordinating, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets while adhering to best practices. Responsibilities include maintaining issues lists and collaborating across departments to ensure successful software deployment. All activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:
  1. Creating and maintaining project charters
  2. Negotiating project objectives
  3. Developing project schedules
  4. Coordinating resources to deliver projects on time
  5. Identifying and mitigating risks
  6. Managing issues and escalations to resolution
  7. Executing projects per plans
  8. Documenting project activities
  9. Securing project information
  10. Monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
  11. Establishing communication schedules with stakeholders
  12. Reviewing work quality regularly
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of implementation experience
  • 1-3 years of project management experience
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with electronic project plans
  • Ability to influence peers and customers in challenging situations
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
  • Remote work
  • Less than 10% travel required
