What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables from design to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria
- Monitor project budgets and provide tracking reports
- Identify potential risks and issues associated with projects and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Track, document, and analyze project outcomes, proposing data-driven adjustments as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, project management, or related field, or 4 years of project management experience including 2 years leading business partners and various stakeholders
- Minimum of two years of project management experience and experience leading business partners and various stakeholders
- Intermediate experience using Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, MS Project, and Teams
- Ability to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure support and commitment to project objectives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- At least 3 years in post-secondary higher education
- Experience with vendor management
- Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and academic processes
- Experience collaborating with instructional designers and faculty subject matter experts
