What We Do

ServiceMac's Project Management Office ("PMO") supports and leads projects across the organization. Projects include, but are not limited to, Loan Servicing Transfers and Technology initiatives. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects, responsible for project delivery including creating project documents, planning, coordinating, and reporting status. Responsibilities also include risk management and issue resolution. Additional duties may involve assembling project teams, assigning responsibilities, resource planning, developing schedules, and coordinating with other projects and work groups.

What You'll Do

1. Independently oversee multiple medium to large-scale complex projects.
2. Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports.
3. Identify resources needed and coordinate schedules for timely project completion.
4. Create project plans outlining goals, strategies, staffing, scheduling, risk management, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
6. Monitor risks and controls throughout the project to ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
7. Work closely with end users, business technologies, and other stakeholders to align project goals with business needs.
8. Monitor project budgets, including cost estimates and forecasting.
9. Prepare and distribute project status reports to team members, management, and clients.
10. Perform duties outside normal hours as needed based on business requirements.

What You'll Bring

1. 4-7 years of relevant experience.
2. Preferred: mortgage servicing knowledge, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and ITIL certification.
3. Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies.
4. Experience with project management methodologies, business processes, and risk management.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
6. Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
7. Proficiency with project management tools for planning and reporting.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $125,600 annually

This range is an estimate of potential compensation and may vary based on education, experience, and location.
