IPG is seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to lead the fulfillment execution of a high-profile commercial project. This project is significant, lasting approximately two years, and holds high financial and strategic value for the company.

The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and customer support to ensure project success. Responsibilities include designing fulfillment elements, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and ensuring project goals are met. The role demands a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of project management best practices and business acumen.

This position involves frequent interactions with senior leadership across IPG.

Job Location

• This position is remote with travel to LA and Las Vegas.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and implement a fulfillment model, including production framework, scheduling, and customer support.
2. Coordinate with manufacturing to identify demand changes and trends.
3. Develop and review KPIs for project success.
4. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
5. Track issues, escalate high-impact problems, and create action plans.
6. Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
7. Manage project budgets and forecast expenses.
8. Provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
9. Collaborate with sales, production, S&OP, customer service, product management, engineering, and procurement teams for seamless project delivery.

Job Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
2. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
4. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
5. Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
6. PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary: $100,000 - $110,000/year.
• Vacation: Two weeks per year.
• Sick leave: Up to 56 hours annually.
